Spaghetti & Garlic Bread Tutorial and Recipe.
Spaghetti with Garlic Bread Tutorial
Ingredients:
1 box of vermicelli/reg spaghetti
Italian seasoning
1 1/2 pound of ground beef/turkey
2 tablespoons of green seasoning
1 dash of Onion salt
1 dash of Garlic salt
Celery salt ( optional)
2 tablespoons of Minced garlic
1 bottle of Pasta meat sauce/ vegetable sauce
1 box of garlic bread
1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Prep
Place meat into a bowl
Add onion salt,garlic salt, celery salt, Italian seasoning
2 tbsp of green seasoning
Mix until seasoning is evenly spread throughout the meat.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet
I choose to use 1tbsp of oil, since the meat will produce oil.
Place meat mixture in the heated oil and stir.
Let it simmer until meat is brown
Mix occasionally occasionally
FYI: Make sure meat is fully cooked and not pink in color.
Remove from heat and drain oil with drainer
Place meat back into pot
Pour meat sauce evenly over meat
Add some water into the meat sauce container to collect the remainder sauce and pour over meat.
Stir
Add a sprinkle of garlic salt to give it that extra garlic flavor (optional)
Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes
In a separate pot bring to a boil 3 cups of water with a pinch of salt on a medium fire.
Brake vermicelli in half and add to boiling water
Stir to prevent from sticking
Cook for 15-20 minutes
Whiles vermicelli is cooking prepare the Texas toasts by following the instructions on the package.
Check vermicelli by removing a strand , pinch, if it is soft remove from heat.
Drain with a drainer and return it to the pot.
Serve with garlic bread!
