FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 bag of frozen wings

Green seasoning (tutorial available)

Flour

Bread crumbs

Vegetable oil

Vinegar

Jerk curry seasoning

Meat seasoning

Ground All spice seasoning


Preparation:

Place 6-8 wings in a bowl

Submerge/cover with cool water

( about 2 cups of water)

Add 1/3 cup of vinegar

Allow to soak for 10mn

Rinse with cool water and place wings back in the bowl

Puncture small holes in the wings with

a knife for better marination

Add 2 tablespoons of green seasoning

Add 1/2 tablespoon of meat seasoning

Add 1/2 tsp of curry jerk seasoning

Add 1/2 tbsp of ground allspice

Mix and spread seasoning evenly throughout the wings.

Marinate or set aside for 10-15min

In a large bowl,measure 1 cup of flour

And 1 cup of plain bread crumbs

Mix dry ingredients

Heat 2 cups of oil or enough to submerge wings

for deep frying in a skillet

Place wings in flour mixture and roll them around

until they are fully covered with flour.

Another technique is to pour flour mixture

in a Ziploc bag

Place the wings in the bag, seal it and shake it.

Once oil is heated, add floured wings carefully

one at a time

Cook until golden brown

Place cooked wings on a paper towel to drain excess oil

Serve with blue cheese dressing,barbecue sauce,

hot sauce or celery sticks
