Chicken breast with Chinese Noodles with a touch of Kale.
Ingredients:
1 pack of Chinese vegetarian noodles
1 pack of boneless chicken thighs
1 small bunch of fresh kale
Green seasoning
Browning
Vegetable oil
Chicken Prep
Cut chicken into medium pieces and prep chicken.
Use tutorial below to marinate.
Heat oil in a skillet
Add green seasoning and stir
Add pieces of chicken and stir
Add 1 tsp browning and stir until browning is spread evenly
Add 1 tsp of granulated sugar
Cook for 20-25 minutes until chicken is brown
Stir and add chopped kale
Stir and reduce heat to low
Cover and steam for 15-20mn or until the majority of water from the kale has evaporated.
Cooking noodles
Follow instruction on package
- Bring to a boil 4 quarts(1/2 pot) of water
- Add a pinch of salt
- Add noodles to boiling water and stir
- Cook 5-8 minutes
Stir occasionally to prevent from sticking
- Test noodles for softness/not mushy
- Noodles should remain firm but not raw
- * cooks fast keep a close watch whiles cooking
- Drain under cold water with strainer
- Add 1tsp of olive oil and stir
- Place noodles back into pot once they are completely drained
- Add chicken and vegetable to noodle and mix.
Serves 4-6 people.
