Chicken breast with Chinese Noodles with a touch of Kale.




Ingredients:

1 pack of Chinese vegetarian noodles



1 pack of boneless chicken thighs



1 small bunch of fresh kale




Green seasoning






Browning






Vegetable oil



Chicken Prep
Cut chicken into medium pieces and prep chicken.
Use tutorial below to marinate.


Heat oil in a skillet
Add green seasoning and stir
Add pieces of chicken and stir
Add 1 tsp browning and stir until browning is spread evenly
Add 1 tsp of granulated sugar 
Cook for 20-25 minutes until chicken is brown


Stir and add chopped kale

Stir and reduce heat to low
Cover and steam for 15-20mn or until the majority of water from the kale has evaporated.


Cooking noodles 
Follow instruction on package
  1. Bring to a boil 4 quarts(1/2 pot) of water
  2. Add a pinch of salt
  3. Add noodles to boiling water and stir
  4. Cook 5-8 minutes
    
Stir occasionally to prevent from sticking
  1. Test noodles for softness/not mushy
  2. Noodles should remain firm but not raw
  3. * cooks fast keep a close watch whiles cooking
  4. Drain under cold water with strainer
  5. Add 1tsp of olive oil and stir
  1. Place noodles back into pot once they are completely drained
  2. Add chicken and vegetable to noodle and mix.



Serves 4-6 people.
