How To Make a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

I wanted to share my go to  healthy salad recipe using my Panini Grill.This recipe is simple and it doesn't require many ingredients.  When I make my salads, I love to add colors. I would try to incorporate bright vegetables with my lettuce. This salad is perfect for someone who loves salads or perhaps if you are on a diet.

Ingredients needed:

Fresh Romaine lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

1 Stick of celery

Shreded cheese of your choice

2 Grilled Chicken breasts cut in chunks

Zesty croutons

Dressings:

Creamy Cucumber dressing

Ranch chipotle dressing

Prep:

Cut the stem off the romaine lettuce

Seperate the lettuce leaves

Cut off both ends of the celery stick

Rinse all tthe vegetables under cool

Running water

Grab a few lettuce at time 

Cut them into small pieces or bite size

And place the lettuce into a bowl

Cut the celery stick into small pieces

Cut off the top of the cherry tomatoes

Cut them in half and place them into  a bowl


Making the salad:

Add the celery to the lettuce

Then spread the tomatoes over the lettuce

evenly

Add the grilled chicken chuncks evenly

over the tomatoes

Sprinkle some shredded cheese of your choice

to cover your salad

Cover the salad with some croutons

Cover your salad with some ranch dressing

Then do the same with the chipotle dressing

Cover the bowl tightly and shake to mix all the

ingredients.
