Under $5 Healthy Meal
You will need:
Ingredients found @ Dollar Store
2 pieces of frozen Salmon $1
1 small bag of white rice $1
1 bag of frozen chopped onions and red peppers
Ingredients found in your pantry and around your kitchen:
Lemon Pepper Seasoning |
Lemon juice/Vinegar |
Onion
Prep
Place salmon in a baking dish
Squeeze 1 lemon over salmon
Add 1 tsp of green seasoning
Add 1 pinch of salt
1/2 Sazon
Sprinkle a small amount of lemon seasoning
Add frozen diced onion and green pepper
Cover with 1 tsp of mango salsa (optional)
Add 1 tsp of olive oil
Add 1/2 cup of water
Bake @ 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
