$3 Tuna Meal Recipe

This recipe teaches you how to make a meal with a 69 cents can of tuna .This meal is very cost effective and healthy.

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna in water

1/2 of a Lemon or 1 tsp of lemon Juice

1 medium tomato

1 teaspoon of green seasoning

2 pinches of salt

1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

Prep:

Drain water from tuna

Place in a bowl and add 1 cap full of lemon juice

You can also use 1/2 of a lemon/lime

Cut tomato into small pieces

Cooking

Heat 1 tsp of oil on medium heat

Add green seasoning and tomato

Stir and simmer

Add tuna and stir

Simmer on low heat for 1 minute

Stir occasionally

Serve with Brown Rice or potatoes
