How to Make Turkey Omelette with Vegetables
Hello chefs! How would you like to make your own delicious turkey omelet for breakfast with simple ingredients. Most of the ingredients you already have in your refrigerator and kitchen pantry.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2-3 slices of Turkey
1/2 of a medium Tomato
Shredded Cheese
1/4 of a Green Bell pepper
2 branches of celery
1-2 Pinches of salt (optional)
1-2 Sprinkles of black pepper
Prep:
Finely chop all ingredients and place in separate bowls.
Whisk eggs with salt and black pepper in a separate bowl and set aside.
Cooking:
Heat 1 tsp of butter in a frying pan
Add chopped ingredients and stir
until turkey edges are slightly brown
Add eggs
Lift edges to drain omelet
Sprinkle cheese to cover entire omelet
Cook on low heat
*Fold over half of the omelet and gently press down with a spatula until it is slightly brown
Flip omelet and *repeat the step above
P.S :Another method i use is to flip the entire omelet
Allow all the ingredients to cook
Flip it back over and add cheese to side with the vegetables before folding it in half.
Remove from heat and serve with bread of your choice.The vegetables add some beautiful bright colors to this omelette.
