How to Make Oatmeal with Coconut Milk for Breakfast

My favorite meal of the day.This is how I start my mornings with this healthy breakfast. I usually try to start my day with at least a warm and healthy meal. I am a fruit lover but I also need a grain in my diet. I choose to eat about 2 servings of oatmeal per week. I found a way to also incorporate some fruits with my oatmeal.Most mornings, I add bananas which is rich in potassium.

Oatmeal with coconut milk

Ingredients:

1 pack of instant oatmeal

2 tsps of coconut milk

1/2 of a banana sliced

1/3 cup of water

1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

1 pinch of cinnamon

Cooking

Empty oatmeal into a microwaveable bowl

Add water

Add vanilla extract

Add cinnamon

Microwave for 30 seconds

Add coconut milk

Stir and microwave for an additional

30 seconds

Add banana slices and serve
