How to freeze Fresh Fruits for your Smoothies and Juicing

Supplies Needed:

Zip lock bags

A permanent black Marker

Bowl

Cutting board

A sharp knife

Ingredients:

Fresh fruits

Pears

Mangoes

Strawberries 

Blueberries

Papaya

Raspberries

Pineapple

Apples

Melons

Wash each fruit

Cut each fruit into small pieces

Label each bag with fruit name and date

Place in zip lock bags and seal tightly.

Freeze up to one week.You can freeze longer but I rather have fresh fruits weekly.

Freeze according to your budget.

Get a fresh batch of fruits and repeat the steps each week.

Another option will be to freeze a small amount enough for one serving the previous night.

It is so much easier for someone on the go with a busy schedule.

When you are ready to make your smoothie or juice, your fruits are ice cold and ready to use. Also since they are frozen you may not need to add ice.
