Corn Bread Muffins with a twist

For dinner tonight, I wanted to make some corn muffins. I was bored with the regular corn muffin. I wanted something different, a new taste and texture. I decided to add some strawberry yogurt my favorite into the mixture and I also added a spice to give it a little kick.

Ingredients:

1 box of corn muffin

1/3 cup milk

1 pinch of cinnamon powder

1 beaten egg

2 tablespoons of strawberry yogurt.

Muffin pan/muffin cups

Preparation

Preheat  oven at 400 degrees

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Pour batter into cups no more than 1/3 of the baking cups/pan

Do not fill muffin/baking cups to avoid overflow in oven while baking.

Baking

Place in preheated oven and bake for 15mn or until brown.

They came out amazing and delicious. Adding the yogurt made it more moist and slightly toned down the strong taste of corn.
