**You can also use your electric fryer if you

use the tip of a knife to puncture the wings
This will allow the wings to be fully cooked
Cover and allow them to cook for an

they are all golden brown
Remove the wings from the heat
and place on a paper towel
to drain the excess oil

Spiracha hot sauce

Sauce #2
In a separate bowl, add honey barbecue sauce
to cover the bottom of the bowl
Spice it up with 2 tsps of wet Jerk seasoning
Mix together, cover and set aside
**P.s: You might tear up while mixing this sauce
Firing up the wings:
Split the wings in half
which should give you 2 sets of 10 wings
Add the first 1/2 in sauce #1
cover and shake to coat
and spread the sauce evenly
throughout the wings
Add the second 1/2 of the wings to sauce #2
Cover and shake to coat and spread the sauce
