Easy Chicken Recipe with Campbell's Cream of Chicken
I started making this recipe after my daughter attended an event and tried this dish. She loved it so much that she asked me to make it for her. I asked her about the taste and to describe the dish. I used her descriptions to make this recipe. I made the dish following he discriptions and I added my usual seaanings and spices. It was a success eventhough it did not taste exactly the same as the dish she had at the event. She absolutely loved it and now I am making this dish once a week. I usually served this dish with macaroni and chese or rice. It would aslo go well with some mashed patatoes. So I thought I should share this recipe with you guys.
Ingredients for this recipe
Seasoning salt
Garlic salt
Paprika
Dry parsely
1 Pack of Goya chicken bouillon
2 chicken breasts cut into long pieces
!/2 of a medium onion
1/4 piece of a green bell pepper finely chopped
1 handful of parsely finely chopped
3 Green onions finely chopped
Vinegar
Prep:
Add chicken to a bowl
Add 1/4 cup of vinegar
Add water to cover the pieces of chicken
Let it sit for 1 minute
Rinse under cool running water
Lightly sprinkle some seasoning salt
Lightly spriinkle some garlic salt to cover the chicken
Cover the chicken with paprika
Add the whole pack of goya chicken bouillon
Cover the chicken with dry parseley
Lightly sprinkle some New Orleans Cajun seasoning (optional)
Add the chopped vegetables
Use a spatula to mix all the ingredients or use your
clean hands to massage the seasoning into the pieces
of chicken
Let it sit for 3-4 minutes so that the seasoning can
infuse into the chicken
Preheat oven at 375 degrees
Cooking:
Add the seasoned chicken to a baking dish and spread
the chicken out
Add the remaining chopped vegetables on top of the
chicken pieces and spread them to cover all the chicken
Plce it in the oven bke for 45 minutes or until the pieces
of chicken are brown
Pour the can of Campbell cream of chicken soup over
the chicken
Use a brush or a spatula to spread the cream on all the
pieces of chicken
Flip over each piece of chicken and repeat the above
step so that both sides of the chicken are covered with
the cream of chicken
Place it back into the oven for 3-4minutes

The cream of chicken is ready to be served
